INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We collect two types of information: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information. When you simply access the Site or become a registered user of the Site, we may collect information that by itself cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information (such as age, profession or gender) (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”). Non-Personally Identifiable Information may also include user IP addresses, browser types, operating system a user uses, a time-stamp, and other browser or device information, part of the Site a user accesses, domain names, and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of the Site. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is used to help us understand who uses the Site and to improve the Site.

When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This enables us to both fulfill and support the products you purchase.
When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system so we can better improve the experience for all our users.

Email marketing: By voluntarily giving us your email, demographics data, reports, or signing up for our program, you are granting us your permission; that we may send you emails about new products, free and premium content. You also agree that your personal information including age, pictures, demographics, phone communications, emails, text messages, score reports,video/ audio/ text testimonials may be used for advertising and marketing purposes for smashusmle reviews.

Our email marketing system is hosted by Infusionsoft and used for advertisement and marketing to all our contacts.

CONSENT

 

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Except for the limited disclosures described in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell customer lists and we will endeavor to keep your Personally Identifiable Information private.

How is the Information Shared

We use data hosting provider(s) in the United States to store your data. The provider(s) chosen employ industry-compliant security measures to ensure data protection and up-time. Although we are committed to employing safeguards to protect user information, due to the inherent nature of online and evolving technologies, it is not possible to completely secure any/all data. We cannot guarantee that data is absolutely safe and secure from intrusion.

How long is the data stored

The duration of data storage usually depends on the type of information as indicated below. After the indicated time, the data is either deleted or archived (backed up). In cases where the data is archived, we make all efforts to continue to keep it secure until the time data is deemed safe for deletion.

Personal Information: This data is stored until the time you request to have it deleted. However, we may retain some personal information for a certain duration for us to meet certain legal and financial requirements, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and to support business operations.

Subscription data: Subscription-related data is stored until the subscription is no longer active. Once the subscription expires, the data is archived (backed up). As mentioned previously, we make all efforts to keep such data safe until it is deemed safe for deletion.

The user acknowledges and agrees that by providing Ftplectures any information through the website, the user automatically consents to the transmission of such personal or proprietary user information over international borders, as necessary, for processing in accordance with Ftplectures standard business practices.

How to control your information

Update Personal Information

You can review and update your personal information along with other preferences from the “Profile” section of the website at all times (subject to availability). Upon request, we offer users the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, unique identifiers, and transaction information. Maintaining Privacy

As stated, Ftplectures will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications that contain personal information transmitted directly to Ftplectures. Postings by a user on any public arena, such as a message board or in a chat room, will not and cannot be protected as confidential.

 

CHILDREN POLICY

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to open an Account.

If you are under 18, please do not attempt to open any such Account or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.

No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information to the Company via the Site. DATA STORAGE
Our shopping cart solution is hosted and managed by paypal and stripe. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your email and demographic data is stored through Infusionsoft’s data storage, databases and the general Infusionsoft application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Paypal/stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
NOTE: At no point during the transaction does future teaching physicians lectures (Smashusmle.com) take custody or store your credit card information. Future teaching physicians lectures, LLC , Smashusmle.com or other entitie(s) directly associated and owned by the Ftplectures brand may utilizes cookies to create a more customized experience for our users and customers. For example, we use a login cookie so members do not have to re-enter their username and password each time they return to our site We also use tracking pixels (i.e. Google Analytics, facebook pixel) to aid in measuring and tracking where our website traffic is coming from and to track the performance of our site. Finally, we use remarking pixels from Facebook and Google to aid in customized, targeted followup advertising.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

We and our business partners may send you newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials.
